Tell me about the question you're facing or the project you're working on. Be as detailed as you can and explain why do you need an answer to the question.
To better understand your question, please provide as much information as you possibly can. The more material I have, the better answer I can give you.
I try to respond as soon as I recieve the message, but its not always possible if I find myself swarmed with questions or I'm just busy otherwise.
As a rule of thumb, a response can take up from anywhere from only a few hours to a whole week.
*Ask as many questions as you want. There is no limit, although more questions means it will take longer for me to respond.
*Think about the question you want to ask. Einstein used to say "You cannot fix a problem on the level it occured", meaning the real reason behind your problem may be hidden deeper than what it seems.
*Its good to ask questions at any point of development; before, during and after. Earlier, the better.
*While I cover game design, questions about the game development and the games industry are something I can handle too.
*You can remain anonymous if you want. Also, I can sign an NDA if needed.
*Indie or AAA, you're welcome to ask anything all the same.
